Role overview            

This role is for someone seeking to join the finance industry as an Assistant Administrator, ideally with some office experience, although this is not essential. The individual will be guided and trained for the role, where required.

 

The individual will need to be driven and able to work in a team. The position is a client facing role undertaking a variety of administrative tasks. Our clients range from small private companies to large listed vehicles and cover a wide range of industries and jurisdictions. Qualifications or a desire to study qualifications such as CGI, TEP, etc. are preferable but not essential. Good communication skills are crucial as the individual will be liaising with clients on a regular basis.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Guernsey Registry submissions;

  • Preparation of incorporations and all related documentation;

  • Registered office and resident agent related work;

  • Preparation of Board packs;

  • Preparation of template minutes and written resolutions;

  • Day-to-day administration of clients;

  • Maintaining Company statutory documentation;

  • On-boarding of clients including collation of relevant due diligence;

  • Periodic client and governance related reviews;

  • Identifying and developing relationships with clients and other business partners in support of the current Redwood platform;

  • Support and assist all colleagues as and when required;

  • General office duties;

  • Continued training and development to ensure competency; and,

  • Any other duties as required.

 

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

 

  • Preferably has experience of working in a professional office environment;

  • Studied to degree level, preferably in a relevant subject;

  • Has started studying or wishes to study TEP, CGI, MSc or similar..
