Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Compliance Manager with named role experience and 3-5 years of industry experience to join our team. The individual would need to be self-motivated and be able to manage their time effectively whilst balancing the needs of the clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advice in respect of the GFSC Handbook requirements for CDD.
Assist with development and implementation of compliance monitoring programmes.
Communicate effectively with internal staff and external clients to ensure prompt CDD collection and/or responses to queries.
Assist with on-site sample and periodic file reviews.
Handle compliance-related queries and provide solutions.
Perform any other duties as required.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role.
Prior experience in a named role such as MLRO or MLCO is required.
A relevant qualification from the International Compliance Association (ICA) is preferred.
High levels of integrity when dealing with sensitive matters.
Excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Organised and methodical approach to work.
Proficient in a variety of computer applications.
A pragmatic 'can do' attitude.
