Role overview
This role is ideal for a fund administrator or company secretary with experience who is looking for the next adventure in their career.
The position is a client facing role undertaking a variety of administrative tasks . Our clients range from small private companies to large listed vehicles and cover a wide range of industries and jurisdictions. This presents a great opportunity to develop knowledge and experience of different industries and jurisdictions.
Depending upon previous experience, the individual may be responsible for other team members.
The individual will have the opportunity to travel with the existing team as part of client relationship management and business development.
Duties and responsibilities
As a small growing company, all individuals cover a wide range of duties and responsibilities, these may include:
General day to day administration of clients.
On-boarding of new clients.
Preparation/oversight of new incorporations and all related documentation.
Providing advice and support to Boards and Committees where required, and in line with individual skill set and experience.
Attendance at Board, Committee and Shareholder meetings; and preparation of documents, reports and minutes in accordance with the agreed services and timeframes.
Managing client relationships and client expectations.
Registry submissions.
Registered office and resident agent related work.
Identifying and developing relationships with third party providers.
Support and assist all colleagues as and when required.
Qualifications and experience
minimum 2 years’ experience in the financial services sector,Relevant professional qualification including TEP, CGI, ICSA or similar preferred but not essential
