Your Role and Impact:

As a Senior Compliance Consultant within Redwood Group, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering our compliance consultancy services. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to guide clients through regulatory landscapes, ensuring they meet compliance requirements efficiently and effectively. This position offers a unique blend of strategic involvement and operational execution, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to make a significant impact in the compliance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting detailed online screenings, adverse media checks, and risk assessments using state-of-the-art digital tools.

  • Completing and reviewing Risk Assessment forms for client onboarding and periodic CDD reviews.

  • Ensuring efficient collection and management of CDD, liaising with both internal teams and external clients.

  • Updating and enhancing Compliance Monitoring Programmes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

  • Providing assistance with on-site and periodic file reviews, compliance queries, and the creation of compliance-related board report items.

  • Engaging in the continuous improvement of compliance processes and practices within the firm.

What We're Looking For:

  • A seasoned compliance professional with demonstrated experience in the field.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.

  • Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work effectively with clients and team members at all levels.

  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset, organized and methodical in approach.

  • Proficiency in computer applications relevant to compliance tasks and processes.

  • A team player with the ability to work independently, showcasing a proactive and 'can do' attitude.

  • Whilst this is a permanent full-time position, we are open to receiving applications for part-time or contract.
