Billy is a diligent and versatile professional with a strong background in data control, client review, and compliance. With a keen eye for detail and excellent computer literacy, he is proficient in Microsoft Office software and has gained extensive experience in customer service and communication.
Starting his career as a Customer Service Advisor, Billy quickly demonstrated his ability to handle high-stress situations and was entrusted with managerial responsibilities. He then transitioned to a Payments and Compliance Officer role, where he honed his skills in anti-money laundering, combating the financing of terrorism, source of funds, know your customer, and customer due diligence, among others.
Billy continued to build his expertise as a Client Reviewer and Data Processor, working on projects to update clients' information in core systems, provide training to fiduciary teams, and collaborate with compliance departments to address issues with screening systems. His most recent role as a Data Control Administrator saw him managing client data reporting requirements and providing CRS/FATCA reporting and operational training for colleagues.
