Redwood Group is a modern, independent business risk consultancy with offices in both Guernsey and Jersey. With a pool of accomplished consultants, we are able to provide expert opinion on compliance and governance issues across any regulated industry.  Redwood also provide an innovative and fresh based approach to compliance with digital technology and tools to provide commercial and efficient processes.

We are currently seeking multiple compliance professionals of all levels to fulfil a number of upcoming client projects. Whilst responsibilities and expectations will vary depending on the project you could be assigned to, some examples of duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Performing online screening and adverse media checks and analysing results identifying areas for review in Risk screen, Compliance Assist and other respective programmes.

  • Completion of Risk Assessment forms for on-boarding and periodic CDD reviews.

  • Communicating with internal staff and external clients to ensure CDD collection is undertaken promptly; following up as necessary to manage outstanding CDD.

  • Updating of Compliance Monitoring Programmes.

  • Assistance with on-site sample and periodic file reviews.

  • Assistance with compliance related queries received into the Redwood CDD checks email box.

  • Assistance with creating generic Board Report items.

  • Assistance with online Risk assessment.

  • Any other duties as required.
