In our role, we will
undertake the following
Health Checks
Reviewing and monitoring current business AML/CFT policies, procedures and processes, against rules and regulations, Regulatory thematics and industry best practice culminating in the creation of detailed report outlining findings with recommendations and observations.

Training
Traditional face-to-face training for all levels of employees bespoke to your business, including advanced training for directors from seasoned professionals.

Regulatory Pre-Visit Support
Guidance on how to present to the Commission, preparing the room, answering questions and strategising approach, including key points of contact within the organisation, ensuring the team is well-prepared and confident in undertaking inspection, providing interview training and overview of meeting structure, running through Regulator interview techniques and ensuring the Board is fully briefed and file preparation.

Consultancy
Provision of foundation documentation to support regulatory compliance, supply of a fit-for-purpose framework for operational procedures and processes, board attendance, new client on-boarding and periodic reviews, sanctions updates and sanctions/PEP/adverse media screening and updating on regulatory developments.
