Martine Legg

Martine was educated in Guernsey before moving to the UK to complete a BA (Hons) degree from Southampton University.  Martine has over 13 years’ experience within the offshore finance industry working as a Company Secretary on a range of alternative funds including debt, private equity, re-insurance and real estate companies.

Martine has worked on clients listed on both the London and Dutch stock exchanges where she provided company secretarial and governance support. 

In addition Martine helped coordinate several projects for clients such as the introduction of the revised AIC Code of Corporate Governance and the implementation of the market abuse regime.
