In our role, we will
undertake the following
Resident agent/ registered office
Provision of a resident agent and registered office required by Guernsey companies.
Incorporation and registration
Collating all relevant documentation, applying for director IDs from the Guernsey Registry, preparing all incorporation documentation including minutes, letters of willingness and all registers, creating the company incorporation on the Registry and filing audit and AGM waivers as required.
