Backed by credentials including a management degree, a master’s degree, and Associate CIPD status, Grace aims to bring strategic insight and proven results to every partnership.
Rachel Bridle
Associate Director
Rachel is our HR Operations specialist with over 20 years of leadership and board experience in trust and corporate services across Guernsey and Mauritius. Rachel brings together strategic insight and hands-on operational expertise, with a proven history of building high-performing teams and delivering practical, people-focused solutions. At Redwood HR, Rachel drives the development of robust HR strategies, employment contracts, and compliant policies that empower organisations to achieve their goals.

With over 35 years’ expertise across HR, recruitment, payroll, and strategic projects in the banking and financial sector, Mo brings a wealth of practical experience and her FCIPD accreditation to every client engagement. Ad-hoc services and project work
Redwood HR can provide advice and support on an ad-hoc basis or for specific projects, including HR health checks to help ensure HR and employment legislation compliance. Pricing is agreed either by an estimate for project work and health checks, or on a pay-as-you-go hourly rate for ad-hoc support.

In-house HR Placements
Redwood HR can assist clients where there is a need for temporary cover in HR, payroll or recruitment services. This could be for parental leave cover, sabbaticals, interim assistance to provide support pending a new appointment, to take on specific project work, or alternatively to continue business as usual tasks while the internal HR team focuses on specific projects. Redwood HR can provide services in-house or remote support according to the preference of the client, with the cost of the placement agreed in advance and in line with the requirements of the role.

Recruitment and Onboarding
Review of recruitment processes, candidate interviews and pre-screening, contract and handbook templates, induction plan development, support for population management applications and staff relocation to the Islands.

Policies and Procedures
Comprehensive HR policies and procedures, including delivery of training to support with implementation of new policies and procedures.

HR Templates
Customised full suite of HR templates, tailored to each company and jurisdiction.

HR Systems and Processes
Support with reviewing, implementing and streamlining HR systems and processes.

HR Data and Reporting
Conducting staff surveys and cultural audits to inform Boards, Professional HR updates for board reports, board meeting attendance to present HR board reports, employee turnover reporting and HR data analysis.

Employee Management
Support for employee relations, coaching for line managers, processes for grievance and disciplinary matters, including conducting independent investigations, performance development support and the appraisal processes.

Payroll and Benefits
Completion of the weekly/monthly payroll and revenue returns, pension processing, benefits review and negotiation, salary benchmarking, and annual reviews.

Employee Offboarding
Management of offboarding processes, including conducting and reviewing exit interviews, overseeing redundancy procedures, handling non-standard departures, and coordinating succession planning.

HR Health Checks
Providing a detailed review of current HR provision, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and to mitigate risks.

Strategic HR
Aligning strategic HR plans with company strategy, company restructuring, strategic HR roadmap design and delivery.

Training and Development
Bespoke design and delivery of HR training, design and develop of a company training plan for all levels, management of the training plan, Line Manager training, Board Member development and study agreement templates.

HR Support
HR personnel are available for in-person, telephone, or Teams consultations to offer expert support and guidance.
