In our role, we will
undertake the following
Meeting Support
Preparation for and attendance at board, committee and shareholder meetings, preparation of minutes and follow-up of relevant action points arising from meetings.
Governance Support
Maintenance of corporate governance documentation, annual board self-assessment data collection and reporting, annual review and adjustments to the corporate governance documentation as well as the preparation, issue and collation of annual outsourced service provider questionnaires and maintenance of corporate calendar.
Filing Support
Ensuring that all registry filings are made within the relevant timeframes.
