Alisha Mahy

Alisha joined Redwood in October 2025 and is part of the corporate secretarial function in the Guernsey office. She has over thirteen years’ experience in the finance industry, with a background spanning captive insurance and private equity.

Alisha brings a strong understanding of corporate administration and governance support, contributing to the delivery of high-quality service to clients across a range of structures.

She holds the CAT and Cert CII qualifications and is currently working towards her qualification with The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
