Grace Thoumine

Grace brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her leadership roles within the Redwood Group. She joined Redwood in 2024 as Head of Human Resources, bringing with her progressive experience at a leading private wealth firm, where she advanced from Human Resources Officer to Senior Human Resources Manager. During this time, she honed her skills in recruitment, employee relations, and strategic HR management.

Prior to her time in the private wealth sector, Grace worked within the charity sector, where she was responsible for recruiting and managing both staff and volunteers. In this role, she gained extensive experience in a broad range of HR functions, including onboarding, performance management, training and development, policy creation, and supporting organisational change initiatives.

In 2025, Grace expanded her responsibilities by developing and launching Redwood HR Services (Guernsey) Limited, a new service line within the Group designed to provide professional and tailored HR support to local businesses. Following its successful establishment, she took on the role of Managing Director, overseeing the service line’s growth, client relationships, operational delivery, and strategic direction.

Grace holds an MA and is an Associate Member of the CIPD, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence in the field of human resources. Outside the office, she plays an active role in the community as a voluntary Board Director for local charities and leads a weekly youth group, offering a safe and supportive environment for young people in Guernsey.
