Gwen Norman

Gwen joined Redwood in July 2022 and is part of the corporate secretarial function in the Guernsey office. Gwen has over six years’ experience within in the offshore finance industry, previously working for an international corporate service provider and a European private equity firm, as a corporate governance professional. Gwen has dealt with open and close ended funds, regulated management companies as well as unregulated private funds. She has also overseen several TISE, LSE and BSX listed clients. 

Gwen holds a BA (Hons) German and Spanish from the University of Bristol and the Level 5 Diploma in International Finance and Administration with the Chartered Governance Institute. In 2018, Gwen won ‘The One to Watch’ award from the Chartered Governance Institute.
