Lucas Elliott

Lucas is the Group’s IT Manager, responsible for delivering technology services. With over 14 years of experience in IT service delivery and infrastructure management, Lucas holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Network Management and is a Microsoft Certified Professional, alongside certifications in Azure Fundamentals, Security, Compliance & Identity, and Power Platform.

In his role, Lucas leads IT strategy and planning, oversees infrastructure optimisation, and ensures robust cybersecurity and compliance frameworks. He manages vendor relationships, budgets, and technical support operations, while driving efficiencies through automation and supporting the Group’s long-term digital transformation goals.

In previous roles, Lucas successfully delivered IT projects in identity and access management, cloud migration, infrastructure modernisation, and security enhancement.

Outside of work, Lucas enjoys the outdoors, weightlifting, and has a keen interest in sports and travel.
