Mo McLellan

With over 35 years of Human Resources experience in the banking and financial services sector, Mo holds the FCIPD (Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) designation. She has extensive experience in HR, recruitment, payroll, personnel, and training, which she now applies to her role as Senior HR Consultant with Redwood HR.

Throughout her career, Mo has recruited for diverse regions, developed innovative hiring strategies, and managed all stages of the recruitment process. Mo has also been involved in strategic decision making and HR support for company acquisitions. Her involvement in major restructuring projects and policy development add to her depth of knowledge and experience as a Senior HR Consultant.

Mo’s comprehensive experience extends to payroll processing, MI reporting and benefit reviews. She has effectively managed employee relations such as grievance and disciplinary matters, as well as employment tribunal defence. She supports line management with her collaborative coaching style, coordinates learning and development, and designs international secondments for Group companies. Her work also includes varied projects, and she always strives to create positive outcomes and effective solutions that help to protect both employees and the company.

Outside of the office, Mo enjoys sea swimming, walking netball and challenging herself with upholstery projects.
