Natalie Etesse

Natalie Etesse is Head of Operations at Redwood Group, responsible for the effective day‑to‑day and strategic operational management of the Group. She plays a pivotal role in supporting Redwood’s continued growth, ensuring that operational excellence, strong governance and robust risk management underpin the delivery of high‑quality client services.

A qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and full STEP member, Natalie brings over 25 years’ experience in the finance industry, including more than two decades within the fiduciary and regulated services sector. Her career spans senior operational, risk, project management, accounting and client relationship roles within leading international organisations.

Natalie’s experience includes large‑scale business integrations, trust company closures, regulatory remediation, systems implementations, and the design and implementation of enterprise‑wide risk management frameworks. She has extensive experience working with Boards, regulators and risk committees, and a strong track record of delivering complex projects in highly regulated environments.

At Redwood, Natalie has Group‑wide responsibility for operations, IT, premises management, information security, data protection, financial oversight, outsourcing arrangements, and business continuity, oversees marketing and events and supports strategic initiatives alongside the senior management team.

Natalie is known for her commercial mindset, attention to detail and pragmatic approach to problem‑solving. She is a committed leader with a strong focus on developing people, improving processes and ensuring that Redwood’s operational infrastructure continues to support its clients, people and long‑term strategy.
