Tony Mealing

Tony brings over 26 years of experience in the Guernsey financial services industry, having held senior leadership roles within the banking and insurance sectors, as well acting as an adjudicator for the Channel Islands Financial Ombudsman (CIFO), in addition he has provided consultancy services specialising in data protection, CRS and FATCA reporting, operational governance and technical solution design. Across his career, Tony has held executive responsibility for multi‑jurisdictional operations, customer services, business continuity, tax reporting as well as the oversight and governance of regulated branches in Singapore and Switzerland.

Tony is a Chartered Management Accountant, a Professional Member of the British Computer Society, a GDPR Practitioner, and holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science from the University of Edinburgh. This combination of financial control expertise, regulatory knowledge and technical capability gives him a rare multidisciplinary strength ideally suited to complex, data‑driven and compliance‑focused engagements.
